My name is Manuel Chavez, I am a Certified Massage Therapist. Passionate about injury prevention and wellness. As I was receiving treatment for my injuries and trauma, I was eager to learn how the body works. I played soccer outside of school entering competitions and always loved being outdoors.
I attended Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in Kearny Mesa. I am certified in Deep Tissue, TuiNa, Trigger Point Therapy and Sports Massage specializing in performance and injury prevention.
